Increased rates and BP points

To celebrate the launch of crossplay on PS and Xbox (with NS joining very soon):
- Warface dollars, XP and Vendor Points rewards are increased by 100% till 9 am GMT on the 1st of February.
- BP points will be increased by 50% from 3 pm GMT on the 29th of January to 9 am GMT on the 1st of February.
