An Important Message
Today we would like to address the issues that occurred with the major update on PS4 and Xbox, as well as the Battle Pass release date for Nintendo Switch.
When working on the recently released update, we wanted to bring with it not only plenty of content (BP, Charms, seasonal items) but also revamped mechanics and fresh bug fixes. It’s also important to note that over the past couple of months we have been gradually implementing changes to the game that are “invisible to the naked eye”. The goal of these improvements is to catch the game up to the PC version quicker. But we underestimated the scope of these changes from a technical point of view. We made a lapse in judgment when assessing the time required to develop this large patch. With our tight schedule when it comes to content releases, we knew players would have very limited time to enjoy the “Hard Rock” Battle Pass. We thought the delay would be sufficient enough to prepare the patch, but unfortunately it was not. The update was rushed and resulted in an unpleasant gaming experience for many of you. For this we are sorry. We will do better, and we hope you will give us the chance to prove it.

Now we would like to address the Nintendo Switch players of our community! We know you are anticipating this big update to come to your platform. Due to the technical issues on the PS4 and Xbox, we have decided to postpone the release for the Nintendo Switch. This will give us enough time to fix some of the issues listed above, therefore implementing a higher quality patch. We will keep you posted on the exact date later down the line.
